REFUNDS & RETURNS 

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund.

We will issue a refund for the cost of goods if they are returned to us in their original condition, including packaging, within 14 days from receiving your delivery.  You (the customer) must arrange for returning goods at your own cost.  Items should be properly packaged and insured against loss and damage and returned to the address on your delivery note, please include a copy of your invoice and notification that you would like a refund.  We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged upon arrival at our premises. Any orders returned outside of the above schedule will either be refused or levied with a service charge which will be the greater value of £5 or 15% value of the goods. Any adjustment in our outward delivery costs would also need paying by you the customer.
