Terms and Conditions

 

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in UK pounds sterling.  All product prices, and any applicable delivery costs are displayed with correct vat information . Any delivery charges will be clearly shown prior to checkout and you (the customer) will be responsible for the payment of such charges.  We accept most major credit and debit cards, payment by cheque and offer the facility to check out with PayPal and Google.

 

DELIVERY

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within working days.  Our standard delivery is 2 working days after we receive cleared funds for the order.  We can offer "special" deliveries e.g. next day, these would be on a request basis and we would need written confirmation of these and payment from you (the customer) for the additional agreed delivery charge before dispatch.  For more information on prices see our Delivery Information page.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Our standard delivery area charge to the UK mainland is £6.99 inc vat, Orders to standard areas over £60 inc vat qualify for free delivery (order must be for a minimum of £60 inc vat in products). Deliveries to post codes, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, All IV postcodes, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49,  PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3, are free for orders over £120 inc vat and are priced at £15 inc vat for orders under £120 inc vat. Any "special" deliveries will be quoted on request.  For more information on prices see our Delivery Information page.


PURCHASING

All items on our website are subject to availability. Pictures are indicative of our products and occasionally packaging may change although the product supplied to you (the customer) will be of the same standard.  To purchase any of the items on our website, click the 'add to basket button' shown on each product page.  When you place an order by clicking the check out button we will send you an e mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.  Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.  The contract will be filed.  For safety reasons your order's data are not accessible via internet.  We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy (see PRIVACY POLICY below.) 

 

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by TELEPHONE 01909 519064 immediately.  We aim to dispatch your orders within 24 hours of cleared funds.  We will send you an e mail when your order is dispatched.  After your (the customer) order has been dispatched we are unable to stop delivery and therefore it becomes your (the customer) responsibility to return the goods to us (see REFUNDS below.)

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund.

We will issue a refund for the cost of goods if they are returned to us in their original condition, including packaging, within 14 days from receiving your delivery.  You (the customer) must arrange for returning goods at your own cost.  Items should be properly packaged and insured against loss and damage and returned to the address on your delivery note, please include a copy of your invoice and notification that you would like a refund.  We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged upon arrival at our premises. Any orders returned outside of the above schedule will either be refused or levied with a service charge which will be the greater value of £5 or 15% value of the goods. Any adjustment in our outward delivery costs would also need paying by you the customer.

 

PRIVACY POLICY 

WWW.DECORATING-SUPPLIES.CO.UK will only use information submitted voluntarily by you in order to process your requests and orders.  This information will be used by us and our contractors  to provide you with the service you requested.

We do not rent or sell on this information to other third party organisations or mailing lists.

We also use web statistics to monitor customer traffic and usage on our site for statistical purposes. 

We do not store or keep any financial information that you give to us. 

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied then please contact us and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
You can e-mail, write, telephone or fax us with your complaint.  All contact details are available on the website. 

 

These terms and conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
